Amy Pulliam has made the Triangle home for more than 20 years. A native Texan, she lived in Massachusetts during her impressionable middle school years and returned to earn her undergraduate degree from Wellesley College in English and Economics. After, she turned her attention to her true passion: homes, design, and construction, first as an Americorps Volunteer at the Durham Habitat for Humanity, then renovating a mill house, and later as designer and construction manager transforming a hay field into a modern green homestead in Chatham County.
Amy brings friendly skill and care to interactions with her clients. She is an attentive listener with an eye for detail. “My clients trust me to help them sift through their options, identifying solutions that best fit their current and future needs. It’s my goal to approach each project with curiosity and kindness.” Amy loves to garden, swim, and ski, and lives with her family in Pittsboro.
